Delivery Method
When you choose to shop in our store, all our products will be delivered globally. Free shipping is provided for all orders.
The goods are shipped by air within 5 kg, and the shipment will be completed within 10 days.
Commodities over 5 kg are shipped by sea, and usually arrive within 20 days.
Generally, the shipment will be processed the next day after the order is placed (7*24)
After receiving the goods, if there is any error or damage to the product, please contact us in time.
If you refuse the package, one of the following three things will happen.
1. You pay taxes and receive the package (normal).
2. You paid the tax and the courier threw the package away.
3. You pay taxes and reinstallation fees, and the dispatcher will send the package back to our office.
In other words, even if you refuse to accept the package due to customs reasons, you still have to hand it over to the customs anyway.

Return and exchange restrictions
If you need to return the goods, please notify us within seven days after receiving the packaging.
We refuse to use one-time returns.
We refuse to return goods under different conditions than when they were shipped (for example, all labels should be affixed).
You must pay all shipping costs required for the return.
We will not refund shipping and handling fees.
We will deduct the remittance fee from the refund.
We will issue a refund after receiving the returned goods.
When you pay in U.S. dollars or Euros, we will repay it at the Japanese yen exchange rate.
The rate applicable to refunds is the international rate of the day.
If the goods are “free shipping” products, we will refund the amount after deducting the actual shipping cost.
