Return and Exchange Policy
We promise to return goods quickly and easily when purchased at YUMENG store.
You can return the goods purchased in the YUMENG store to any YUMENG store for a refund, credit or exchange, as follows: Return the purchase receipt:
If you have a valid purchase receipt, the college will refund your purchase price with the original payment method, or even exchange the goods.
Return gift receipt:
If you have a valid gift receipt, the college will refund your purchase price in the form of commodity credit, or even exchange the goods.
Return without receipt:
If you do not have a valid receipt, the college will try to verify whether the purchase was made with a credit or debit card. If the college verifies the purchase, we will refund your purchase price with the original payment method, or even exchange the goods. If YUMENG is unable to verify the purchase, we will provide you with a product credit equal to the lowest price of the product sold in the past 90 days, or the average exchange of the product. Customers must present a valid government-issued photo identification (ID) in order to return the item without a receipt.
We will carefully monitor fraud and abuse of returns, and we reserve the right to restrict returns or exchanges, regardless of whether you present a valid receipt or packing list.
